Welcome to Our Family Practice!
We are committed to providing advanced and individualized patient care in a relaxed and professional atmosphere. We provide the highest quality eye care, and through the use of our state-of-the-art ophthalmic instruments, are able to detect and treat ocular diseases. Our doctors are members of esteemed professional organizations to include FAAO (Fellow of the American Optometric Academy) and the American and California Optometric Associations.
Our practice was started in 1980 by Drs. Hensen and Perlman (both business partners and spouses!) Since that time, the office has become a cornerstone of the Chino community, with office staff and doctors taking great pride in participating in many community events, organizations, and charities. We are a true family practice, having recently welcomed their daughter, who graduated from U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry, to join the practice.
