We were able to get a same week appointment, the office staff was personable and welcoming to our needs. Dr. Or was professional, overall concise and explained the results well.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my elderly mom (who is in a wheelchair) for her eye exam. I cannot express how patient and accommodating everyone was; the front office staff, Veronica the office manager, and Dr. Tran. I felt so confident that mom got the best care possible given her limited abilities. My husband, myself, and our son also get our eye care here and we have always received excellent care.

I saw Dr Hensen for 42 years, started wearing glasses when I was 8. He was amazing so I was sad when he retired and would be seeing a new Dr now but Dr Or was great along with the staff. I highly recommend his office.

Eye care specialists of Chino Valley Optometry has an extremely customer service staff that make you feel like family. They thoroughly explained the reason for the eye exam and your vision coverage. I truly loved their new machine that scans your eyes without needing to be dilated. The Optometrist who tested my eyes was also friendly and gave me a thorough explanation of the results of my exam. I highly recommend this location.

Went in for the annual checkup. All went well including meeting Dr. Or. The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. The office has a new (to me) retinal scan device. No longer need for dilation! Yeah!

I have been going here for years and had some reservations about my appointment this year due to my regular Doctor retiring but rest assured the service hasn’t changed. The entire staff was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them and the new Doctors were great. I’m so glad I don’t have to look for a new place. Very happy to stay right where I’ve been.

Absolutely amazing care here. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I moved to the area from Huntington Beach, and the previous optometrist I saw in HB had told me that if I wanted certain things, they were extremely expensive out of pocket, even though I have amazing insurance. This place here is up front and honest, did not try to get extra money out of me, and provided the treatment that I needed that was covered by my insurance all along. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone who needs one. They truly go above and beyond and are honest and helpful without trying to take money for unnecessary things.
