Originally hailing from the vibrant city of Vancouver, Dr. Or's journey has taken him from the picturesque landscapes of Canada to sunny Southern California. After completing high school at University High in Irvine, he continued his academic journey at UC Riverside, where he cultivated a deep interest in eye care. Dr. Or's educational pursuit eventually led him to the esteemed halls of Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry, from which he proudly graduated in 2018, carrying with him a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to improving vision for his future patients.
Dr. Or's favorite aspects of working at ESCVO include the professionalism of the staff and the friendly nature of the patients. He believes that a welcoming environment fosters better eye care, making ESCVO the perfect place for him to practice his passion for optometry.
When he's not busy ensuring that the community has the best vision care, Dr. Or enjoys indulging in a variety of hobbies. You might spot him on the basketball court, perfecting his jump shot, or painting miniature models. He's also an avid movie buff, with "Interstellar" holding a special place in his heart, and you'll often find him exploring the local culinary scene, seeking out new and exciting restaurants.
